1 About the opportunity

Our company (Alpha Square Pty Ltd) operates DeRucci, a premium furniture brand with a total of 5 stores in Queensland and Western Australia and two warehouses. We have more than 40 employees and are primarily responsible for local sales in Australia. We also provide comprehensive services, including tracking orders and production progress, managing freight logistics, delivering products, and offering 5-star after-sales services.

We are developing an application system for order tracking, production and logistics management, invoicing, and financial purposes, which is bilingual in Chinese and English. It can integrate our workflow and can connect with our suppliers in China. Since we couldn't find an existing software/application that suits all our requirements, we have to develop an application system on our own. We are developing the application system in collaboration with an ERP solution provider in China recommended by our supplier companies and we are looking for a full-time Software Engineer who is able to plan, design, build, test, document, and manage the application system in accordance with our requirements, and system and technical specifications.

2 About You

You will be a skilled Software Engineer who thrives working within a complex forward-thinking environment, the ideal candidate will have an interest and exposure to the following:

· An understanding of Agile software engineering practices.

· Exposure to Software simulation and testing

· Understanding of Software design patterns and hardware interfacing skills.

· Fluent speaker of Mandarin and English, Have relevant experience, especially in working with technology companies in China

3 Experience in the following:

· At least 5 years in the development of enterprise web applications implemented in Java and/or Oracle PL/SQL alongside any associated technologies (e.g. Spring MVC, Oracle, HTML5, CSS3, Vue,React,Jquery,AngularJs).

· Experience in Enterprise Wechat development (desirable).

· Knowledge of Python or Node , JavaScript or Typescript.

· Designing & developing solutions to bugs, and adjusting existing assets from user feedback.

· Following and advocating best coding practices, continuous delivery and code reviews.

Salary: $96,000.00 – $108,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
